This week was about giving our team members the opportunity to explore different advice, health checks and ideas at our exclusive health and being event organised by our HR department.
These type of events usually only happen in large corporate companies but as a family business we value the importance of a work life balance and having time where our team have access to a wide range of information to help their work life balance, health & fitness all in one place.
Now in it's 2nd year the event included NHS health checks, blood pressure checks with the stroke association, diabetes checks, foot clinic, slimming world, counselling and massages.
Over 100 team members attended and were issued a goody bag stocked with leaflets to take away and well being gifts.
We have received some fantastic feedback from our team in order to provide a 'one stop shop' in a wide range of areas and are already looking forward to planning next year's event.
