This year has been an extraordinary year as our team have experienced a very busy Summer with the added pressure of dealing with covid restrictions in many areas for the majority time. Unfortunately our team health and well-being event was unable to run due to restrictions at the time and therefore we wanted to give something back to our team and say a little ‘Thank you’ for being part of our #teambrean family. A bespoke ‘Thank You bag’ was created and given to over 200 employees across all areas of the business containing a range of well-being goodies and how to access our employee assistance program giving 24 hrs access to a range of health, well-being and financial assistance. We are
also offering a free gym membership to all team members to our fantastic facility at Brean Splash Gym.
