Brean Golf and Country Club is delighted to welcome Somerset cricketer Peter Trego as an official ambassador for the resort.
Trego is a keen golfer and will be supporting the club in launching a new programme of events, coming soon to the resort. Peter said: “I’m pleased to be working closely with the team at Brean Golf and Country Club to bring some new and exciting sporting events to the area for the whole community to enjoy.”
Trego will host one of his first events, an evening with former Newcastle United and Manchester United football player Keith Gillespie, on Saturday 1st February. The event will also be supporting the Alzheimer's Society.
Investment continues at Brean with the Purchase of a Toro Lightweight Fairway Mower which will improve our fairways across Brean Golf Club. This Autumn has also seen improvements to three tees, a new starters hut for the first tee and a new practice net soon to be completed.
